Holybourne Village Hall is a community venue serving Holybourne, just outside Alton. Situated in the heart of the village, just a few yards up Church Lane off London Road, it is ideal for various events, from celebrations and local gatherings to educational classes and meetings.
There is easy, level access via the main entrance for people who use wheelchairs.
Electricity and heating costs are included in the hire charge.
For insurance and safety reasons, the maximum capacity is 60 people. This includes anyone hosting an event and any guests or attendees.
It has a fully fitted kitchen (refurbished in 2017). The glass, china and cutlery in the kitchen are available to hirers at no additional cost.
There is easy level access via the main entrance for people who use wheelchairs.
The toilet facilities were refurbished and upgraded in 2020.
Hirers must ensure that the duration of their booking is sufficient for any preparation or setting up in advance, and for clearing up afterwards as free access to the hall cannot be given for these purposes.
